RMA Procedure

If you need to return a Glacier unit to the factory for either warranty or non warranty service,
please be prepared with the following information:

  • Company name
  • Site (where you want your equipment returned)
  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Type of equipment (model number, etc)
  • Serial number
  • Description of the problem

You can either send this information via email to support@glaciercomputer.com
or call us at 603-882-1560 x217.

Once we receive this information, it will be entered in our Customer Service Database. You will then receive a confirmation email with an RMA number and shipping instructions. All RMA packages should be returned to the New Hampshire facility.
